By downloading, installing, or using VerseRelay (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use VerseRelay on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the software.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others unless permitted by your plan. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the software
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our APIs beyond normal usage
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@verserelay.com within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the software is free of defects.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VerseRelay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
