Highlights
- Live transcript scripture detection now understands more spoken-reference shapes, including "chapter 4 and verse 1", "4 verse 1", and common transcript slips like "chapte 8 verse 16".
- Follow-up references can now use the currently active scripture book as context, so a speaker can move from a known book into a new chapter and verse without repeating the book name.
- Multi-reference transcript handling is more conservative when an alternate reading appears to be a split interpretation of the same book reference, reducing accidental extra sends.
- The desktop update banner's **UPDATE** badge now has fixed sizing and centered text so it aligns more cleanly with the rest of the banner.
Improvements
- Added active-book chapter-and-verse synthesis after pending book references have had their chance to resolve.
- Pending transcript book context is now cleared after it is consumed, preventing stale book-only anchors from affecting later transcript lines.
- Expanded pending-book parsing to accept bare chapter-and-verse phrases such as "one verse two" and typo-tolerant "chapte" phrasing.
- Improved direct reference processing so ordered transcript references are only processed together when they represent distinct books.
Fixes
- Fixed chapter/verse phrase detection so "chapter N and verse M" is treated as explicit verse intent.
- Fixed typo-tolerant scripture parsing for "chapte" across chapter-only and chapter-and-verse patterns.
- Fixed follow-up transcript references that should use the active book but previously fell through to verse-only fallback behavior.
- Fixed update banner badge alignment by centering the badge within the banner grid and its own pill container.
Notes
- Scripture detection coverage was expanded for active-book follow-ups, pending-book chapter/verse phrases, typo-tolerant chapter wording, and conservative ordered-reference processing.
