Highlights
- Remote Control is easier to operate from a phone or tablet. Detected scripture and idea search now live together under **Suggestions**, while Bible, Suggestions, Quotes, and Lyrics can be shown or hidden from the desktop Remote Control settings.
- Remote operators can now create quote drafts from typed text, the current partial transcript, or the last finalized transcript segment. AI refinement also runs through the desktop quote-refinement flow so remote-created quotes still land safely in drafts first.
- The Suggestions tab now keeps context search at the top, shows a searching state, lets operators collapse or clear search results, and separates selection controls from the detected scripture queue.
Improvements
- Added remote transcript capture summaries and recent quote draft summaries to the remote snapshot.
- Added remote quote commands for manual drafts, transcript-based drafts, and AI-refined drafts.
- Added persistent remote tab visibility preferences to existing user settings without requiring a database migration.
- Improved startup polish with a branded splash experience and startup status reporting.
Fixes
- Fixed remote search-result presentation so selecting a verse from a different book/chapter no longer briefly presents the same verse number from the previously loaded chapter.
- Fixed remote search clearing so search results disappear immediately on the phone and are cleared from the desktop remote snapshot.
- Fixed remote Suggestions layout so context search is no longer pushed below detected scripture controls.
- Fixed remote command feedback for quote actions with clearer success and failure messages.
- Preserved visible remote tab settings through local/cloud settings sync.
Notes
- Remote-created quotes still go to draft review first; nothing is presented live automatically.
- The visible remote-tab setting is a convenience preference, not a security boundary.
