Help tab

Open useful support links.
Open Remote Control and manage remote session startup/email preferences.
Copy your device ID or support bundle when contacting support.
Review account and environment details needed for troubleshooting.
Choose whether to share improvement data where that option is available.

Support bundle

The support bundle is intended to help diagnose app version, platform, device, and configuration issues. It should not include sermon text, transcript content, lyric content, or staged content.
