Troubleshooting

Use these checks when something does not behave as expected during setup or a live service.

No audio or transcript

  • Confirm the correct microphone or audio input is selected.
  • Check operating system microphone permissions.
  • Make sure another app is not exclusively using the audio device.
  • Try a short test before the service begins.

Wrong or missing scripture

  • Use Bible Search as a fallback.
  • Review the confidence score before presenting.
  • Search by reference if you know the exact passage.
  • Search by idea if you remember the meaning but not the wording.

Stage output is not visible

  • Confirm Screen or NDI output is selected correctly.
  • Check that the stage window is on the intended display.
  • Verify the projector or production software is receiving the output.
  • Clear and present a test item again.

Open Settings > Help, copy the support bundle, and email support@verserelay.com with a screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
