Troubleshooting
Use these checks when something does not behave as expected during setup or a live service.
No audio or transcript
- Confirm the correct microphone or audio input is selected.
- Check operating system microphone permissions.
- Make sure another app is not exclusively using the audio device.
- Try a short test before the service begins.
Wrong or missing scripture
- Use Bible Search as a fallback.
- Review the confidence score before presenting.
- Search by reference if you know the exact passage.
- Search by idea if you remember the meaning but not the wording.
Stage output is not visible
- Confirm Screen or NDI output is selected correctly.
- Check that the stage window is on the intended display.
- Verify the projector or production software is receiving the output.
- Clear and present a test item again.
